Sales and refunds
If the new product you received has defects, damage, does not meet specifications, or has missing parts and requires an exchange, please email bownita.service@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods (receipt date is based on postmark or dated stamp). Please include your order number, name, phone number, product query, and product photos. We will contact you as soon as possible. If the reason for exchange is not due to defects, damage, or missing parts, the buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred from the exchange.
